Including being adaptive [to] a six-hour time difference. His knowledge of the area was [a] huge help for someone with limited knowledge of the area. He got me the condo I wanted (even with all of the things I was willing to give up for the right place). It's spacious, sunny, and has all the amenities that I wanted and in the area I wanted.
