Sam was first introduced to the real estate industry at an early age by his mother, a DMV realtor. Starting in 1989 Sam would help her prepare for open houses, install signs, and stage homes. Now, a real estate professional himself, that know-how has been ingrained in him. Combining his real estate expertise with a passion for marketing and negotiating, Sam helps his clients to maximize results and achieve their goals.
Sam began his career in politics and political advocacy for trade associations, allowing him to hone his skills in negotiation and communication. While Sam enjoyed his work in government relations on The Hill, he realized his passion for marketing and decided to pursue his interest in real estate. A DC area native, Sam is well positioned to advise clients on selling, investing, buying, or renting properties inside the beltway. Sam has the local knowledge and expertise to guide you to the best possible outcome.
